POSITION OVERVIEW/
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Southwest Ontario market. This role is responsible for supporting channel partners, cultivating new business, and directly selling our SaaS solutions into the multifamily and condominium sector. The ideal candidate has experience in PropTech, SaaS, or real estate technology sales and thrives in consultative, relationship-driven environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES/
Channel Partner Support & Enablement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, distributors, and real estate partners.
- Provide training, joint selling, and technical support to channel partners to drive adoption.
- Co-develop go-to-market strategies with partners to expand regional presence.
Direct Sales & Business Development
- Prospect, qualify, and close new SaaS contracts with REITs, property managers, developers, and condo boards.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline across new construction and retrofit opportunities.
Account Management & Growth
- Act as the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth deployments.
- Collect market feedback and insights to influence product development and positioning.
Market & Territory Leadership
- Own and execute a territory sales plan for Southwest Ontario.
- Represent 1Valet at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences.
- Report on performance metrics, forecasting, and competitive intelligence.
QUALIFICATION/
- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, PropTech, or building technologies.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a consultative, solution-selling environment.
- Valid drivers license, and access to a vehicle
- Strong knowledge of multifamily real estate, building systems, or smart building technology.
- Experience working with channel partners and system integrators.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Willingness to travel within Southwest Ontario (up to 40%).
