Shipping and Logistics Associate

About Us:

1VALET is a growing company that values efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service. We’re looking
for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help ensure that our orders move
smoothly from our warehouse to our customers. This role works closely with our operations team,
warehouse partners, and carriers to keep our logistics running seamlessly.

Work Location: In person at 1VALET Office in GTA

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure orders are delivered on time and inventory stays
accurate.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and tracking
notifications.
• Serve as a key point of contact with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and warehouse teams, helping
to resolve issues quickly.
• Support the warehouse with order picking, packing, and organizing shipments for local and freight
deliveries.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks, transfers, and reporting.
• Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and warranty requests, providing timely and professional support.
• Identify areas to improve processes and help implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy
across logistics operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with inventory systems and shipping software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Min 2 Years Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or logistics is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with multiple aspects of logistics, inventory, and customer service.

Licence/Certification:

• Forklift Licence and Heights training (preferred)
