Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Web Developer to join our development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build their technical skills while contributing to real-world projects. You’ll work remotely, occasionally in office as needed, and alongside experienced developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications, with a primary focus on front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain web pages and applications using HTML/HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
· Collaborate with team members on new features, bug fixes, and enhancements.
· Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
· Participate in code reviews and team discussions to continually improve development practices.
· Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
· Understanding of web standards, accessibility, and best practices.
· Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
· Experience with Java and JSP (JavaServer Pages).
· Familiarity with back-end technologies, databases, and server-side concepts.
· Exposure to frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
· Experience with Agile development practices.

Education & Experience
· Graduation from either:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
· Two-year program from a recognized post-secondary institution specializing in computer science, information technology or other relevant speciality.
· Or demonstrated equivalent practical experience
· Relevant internship, coursework, or personal projects a strong plus.
