JOB SUMMARY ASI is part of the Microsoft Partner Program with strong internal champions and active customers in this channel. You will be getting in on the ground floor in a lucrative channel that will be yours to grow. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients across all Microsoft customers worldwide and closing sales. As you grow your revenue in this channel, you will have the opportunity to build a sales team and grow your career in management.
DUTIES
- Building your network within the organization at Microsoft to increase awareness of ASI’s askpolly ™ product
- Reaching out to Microsoft customers to make them aware of askpolly
- Run full sales-cycle, from lead to close, and create project proposals for ASI’s emerging business prospects
- Attend Microsoft conferences
- Give customer presentations
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Must have previous experience with demonstrated success selling through the Microsoft Partner Program
- Resident in Canada or the United States
- Sales leader: You are a go-getter and self-starter who has no issue reaching out to cold prospects and creating new business opportunities for ASI.
- Customer and People Oriented: You are great with people and enjoy building and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners. You have experience listening to and understanding customer needs, leveraging resources to meet customer goals, and working on projects end to end.
- Creative Thinker and Problem Solver: You love finding innovative and creative solutions to solve customer problems and are no stranger to navigating challenges to get the job done.
- Startup Mindset: You enjoy the fast pace of the startup world and are interested in joining a small team that is working in a state of constant change and ambiguity. We need people who see open space and want to tackle it, not wait to be told what to do. We need drivers, not passengers.
EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years’ experience selling through the Microsoft Partner Program
- College or university degree is an asset but not obligatory for a sharp candidate with good communications skills

- Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse clients.
- Effective listening and observation skills to effectively assess clients’ needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and make independent decisions.
- Ability to think critically and be innovative.
- Competent with email, internet, and Microsoft Office applications.
