Job Description

Supporting the execution of client programs, in partnership with Associate Consultants, Consultants, or Senior Consultants, undertaking activities including but not limited to:
- Collaborating on and documenting program project timelines;
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings with Clients and with Internal Stakeholders;
- Managing client facing Open Items trackers, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather required updates;
- Providing ongoing project updates to internal and external stakeholders, including providing program status updates and program progress reporting;
- Coordinating tasks with Supplier Success, Data Support, and other Professional Services groups as necessary, reviewing work for quality control;
- Develop and maintain, in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders, customized process work instructions to support other Professional Services team members in the execution of non-standard activities for assigned client(s);
- Planning and executing supplier outreach to collect compliance data from supply chain third party clients;
- Analyzing program results and supply chain responsiveness to identify additional program strategies and opportunities for improvement, and relaying these opportunities accordingly;
- Supporting the preparation of client presentations, including sourcing and analyzing appropriate data.
- Possess intermediate regulatory knowledge in order to consult with clients in program direction;
- Use Assent’s internal resources, including our software, to proactively respond to a variety of client queries both over the phone and electronically;
- Keep informed and up-to-date with Product releases and regulatory updates in order to best support Assent’s clients;
- Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent.
Qualifications
We strongly value your talent, energy and passion. It will also be valuable to Assent if you have the following qualifications,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - you communicate clearly, concisely and with tact, additional languages are considered an asset;
- A University, College and/or Post Graduate Certificate in a related area of study or equal working experience;
- Minimum of 1-2 years related work experience in customer success, project management, and/or consulting roles, or an equivalent/transferrable field;
- Working knowledge of consultative customer management and/or project management roles;
- Experience working in a global technology/SaaS and/or a Professional Services organization would be considered an asset
