Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lasting, trusted relationships with government clients in public health, acting as a thought leader and strategic advisor.
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to discovery, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, align them with our solutions, and qualify opportunities.
- Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to grow the opportunity pipeline through social media, events, conferences and networking.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape tailored solutions and inform product development.
- Use CRM and AI tools to manage outreach campaigns and move leads through the sales funnel.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies to differentiate the company’s solutions.
- Stay informed about public health policies, initiatives, and trends to enhance client engagement and strengthen your position as a trusted advisor.
- Advise leadership on market insights, industry challenges and sales progress.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
What you need to succeed:
- 10+ years of successful sales experience with government clients (federal, provincial, regional).
- 10+ years in solution selling, preferably in digital health environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently and work effectively in a team.
- Demonstrated skills growing and managing client relationships.
- Experience with the RFP process, including opportunity assessment, qualification, developing win strategies and coordinating successful responses.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of trends in healthcare and digital health.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
