About the Role

As a Leasing Concierge, you’ll be the voice of our clients’ buildings -the first impression renters will have. Your mission is simple: book qualified tours quickly and professionally, while upholding the brand standards and value propositions of the property.

You’ll work closely with DashQ’s Customer Success team, operate within the DashQ platform, and support buildings across the country. This is a unique opportunity to help our clients scale without adding internal headcount - and to become a master of high-performance leasing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for rental leads via phone, email, and text
  • Qualify leads and book property tours in a responsive and engaging manner
  • Uphold the brand standards, promises, and tone of our client partners
  • Become a product expert in DashQ and the buildings you support
  • Communicate clearly and precisely - fast, but never rushed
  • Track and maintain accurate records of lead activity and booking statuses
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to continuously improve outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience working in a call centre or customer service role (ideal)
  • Bilingual in English and French is a major asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with real estate, leasing, or property tech is a bonus
  • Must be located in Ottawa, Ontario and willing to work in-office

Training & Onboarding

You’ll receive a custom onboarding plan grounded in DashQ’s Customer Success ethos. You’ll go deep into DashQ product training and receive extensive knowledge on the buildings you support - so you can speak with the confidence and credibility of an on-site leasing team.

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. DashQ offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and a strong benefits package to support your well-being and career growth. Exact compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting team during the hiring process.
