This is a kitchen solution that is versatile and compact, making your process smooth, efficient, and streamlined. Our mission is to develop advanced kitchen appliances, using our patented technologies, to give individuals and culinary teams their time back, with consistent and high-quality meals. Job Overview:

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of the food industry, market trends, and consumer preferences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful partnerships and experience of working with transformational technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute market research as required
  • Manage & maintain prospecting and lead generation with the support of senior management 
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the food service industry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet clients needs
  • Monitor market trends and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Manage and track sales metrics and report to senior management
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences as needed 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the food service, CPG industry or food delivery 
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic partnership
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the food service industry and market trends
  • Strong presentation skills
