We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Lansdowne office. This part-time role is ideal for someone who takes real ownership of their space, creates a welcoming environment, and ensures everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

Please note that this is a part-time role (20-24 hours per week) and requires you to work on-site at our office in Lansdowne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure office spaces are clean, organized, and optimized for productivity.
• Coordinate company-wide events such as staff meetings, celebrations, and recognition events.
• Work closely with leadership and People & Talent to deliver consistent, high-quality employee experiences at in-office and company events.
• Serve as the main point of contact for office-based employees, vendors, and visitors, providing clear communication and support.
• Support employees with onboarding logistics, scheduling, and general administrative needs.
• Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements as needed.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams).
