We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle within GameStrat’s football business, working directly with high school and college football programs across the United States. This role is designed for someone who wants to move fast, grow alongside a scaling SaaS company, and develop deep expertise in a defined customer segment as GameStrat continues to scale.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding the needs of potential customers and pitching them how GameStrat will help them win the next Conference, State or National Championship
- Own a defined territory and revenue target with direct accountability for results
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, pricing, and sales process as we scale
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound and outbound prospecting through demo, close, and conversion.
- Develop and execute targeted account plans within an assigned territory.
- Tracking sales activity in CRM (Hubspot) and reporting to management
- Hunter mentality with comfort in outbound outreach and persistence
- Competitive, driven, and self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven ability to manage and close your own deals
- 2–4 years of SaaS B2B sales experience preferred
Compensation
Base salary of $54,000–$66,000 CAD plus uncapped commission.
On-target earnings of $80,000–$95,000+ CAD based on attainable quota.
