Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding the needs of potential customers and clearly communicating how GameStrat helps football programs improve preparation and game-day decision-making
- Proactively prospect, generate new leads, and book qualified demos for Account Executives
- Development of sales plans to effectively and efficiently target accounts within assigned geography
- Maintaining accurate activity, notes, and reporting in HubSpot CRM

Growth & Development
This role is designed as a launchpad into a long-term sales career. High performers will have a clear path toward an Account Executive or other growth roles as the company scales. You’ll receive hands-on training, real responsibility, and exposure to how a SaaS business operates end to end.
Compensation
Base salary of $45,000–$55,000 CAD plus uncapped commission.
On-target earnings of $60,000–$80,000+ CAD based on attainable quota.
