We are seeking an innovative and creative co-op student to join our Office of CTO team as an Industrial Design Co-op.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to Design Thinking process from immersion and ideation to prototyping
• Collaborate with PD and R&D to solve design problems
• Set up 3D Prints, Manage and maintain 3D printers
• Help with ancillary tasks that arise for various departments
• Offer data driven, detail-oriented input

REQUIREMENTS:

• CAD (Solidworks preferably)
• Strong creative, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Model Making/Prototyping (Functional preferred, but appearance also acceptable)
• Experience working with 3D Prints/Printers
  
• Sketching
  
• Currently part of an accredited Co-op program.
• Must be available during the fall term (September-December 2023)
• In order to be considered for the role, you must link your portfolio

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• AR VR Experience
• Rendering Experience (Cinema4D and Octane preferred)
• Adobe Suite (Illustrator, and photoshop specifically)
