The Manager, Alliance Partnership & RMC Sales is a dual-focused commercial leader responsible for accelerating ecosystem-led growth through strategic alliances and driving quota attainment across the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) sales organization. This role blends partnership development, enterprise relationship management, and hands-on sales leadership to grow adoption of Giatec’s RMC solutions, including SmartMix and MixPilot.

The Manager will build and scale a structured alliance program with key industry partners while coaching a team of full-cycle sales representatives to execute high-impact RMC sales motions. Success in this position requires strong strategic acumen, the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, and a proven ability to generate revenue in a complex, technical sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Alliance Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Develop and execute the North American alliance partnership strategy for RMC ecosystem growth.
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure partnerships with admixture companies, technology partners, equipment manufacturers, testing labs, EPCs, and other strategic channels.
  • Build structured partner enablement programs, including value propositions, co-selling motions, and referral/sell-through frameworks.
  • Manage partner performance through clear KPIs, pipeline visibility, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Coordinate partner-led demand generation activities, co-marketing, joint events, and strategic account pursuits.
  • Serve as the primary internal advocate for partner needs and opportunities, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

RMC Sales Leadership

  • Lead a team of full-cycle RMC sales reps responsible for generating pipeline, running trials, and converting customers to full system sales.
  • Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets, ensuring consistent quota attainment and accurate forecasting.
  • Coach and develop reps in core sales competencies including qualification, solution selling, trial execution, proposal development, and contract closure.
  • Oversee enterprise deal strategy for key accounts and high-value opportunities.
  • Optimize sales process, territory design, and account prioritization to drive more efficient and predictable growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to strengthen inbound/outbound motions, enhance CRM and compliance discipline, and improve conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & GTM Alignment

  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure a seamless implementation and onboarding experience for RMC customers.
  • Support strategic initiatives tied to Giatec’s dual-growth engine model and expansion across SmartMix, MixPilot, and the broader ecosystem.
  • Provide Voice-of-Customer and Voice-of-Partner insights to accelerate product innovation and improve GTM effectiveness.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the RMC business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development, preferably in construction technology, concrete, IoT, SaaS, or industrial solutions.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing full-cycle sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling alliance or channel partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of the Ready Mix Concrete industry, Materials Testing, EPCs, or adjacent construction sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to win complex deals, navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and drive enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • High operational rigor with experience using Salesforce and other sales engagement platforms.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
  • Ability to travel across North America as needed (+/- 25%).

Success Measures (First 12 Months)

  • Activated and performing alliance partnerships that generate measurable revenue or pipeline.
  • Quota achievement across the RMC sales team with improved pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
  • Strengthened ecosystem presence with increased influence among service and product suppliers of RMC producers.
  • Improved trial-to-full-system conversion rates.
  • Enhanced internal alignment through repeatable processes, scalable enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
