Intouch Insight is looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist to architect our next generation of outbound sales. We are moving beyond manual cold calling and traditional email blasts. We need a strategist who can build and implement a high-velocity engine that links sales and marketing, using cutting-edge automation to drive growth.
Why is this role special?
This is a unique hybrid role. You won’t just be analyzing data; you will be the "pilot" of our automated prospecting efforts. You will own the strategy, the messaging, and the execution of campaigns that feed our sales team a consistent stream of qualified opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Architect the Outbound Engine: Take full ownership of our Sales Automation and AI-enabled prospecting efforts. You will design, build, and launch high-volume outreach campaigns that run in the background while our team focuses on closing.
- Campaign Strategy & Messaging: Move beyond simple A/B testing of subject lines. You will experiment with core value propositions, cadence structures, and "human-centric" messaging strategies to find what resonates with our market.
- High-Velocity Execution: You are accountable for maintaining a high volume of active prospects in our sequences. You will ensure the engine never runs out of fuel by hitting aggressive monthly targets for enrollments and engagement.
- Audience Strategy & Engagement: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and determine the most effective strategies to reach them. You will take ownership of designing and executing the end-to-end campaigns required to find, engage, and convert these high-value prospects.
- Tech Stack Management: Act as the guardian of our Sales Technology ecosystem (CRM + Automation Tools). You will ensure data flows seamlessly between systems, leads are routed correctly, and our database remains clean and actionable.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor the health of our outreach daily. You will report on conversion rates (Reply to Meeting), identify bottlenecks in the funnel, and proactively pivot strategies when performance dips.
Who You Are
- The Skill Set: You have an analytical brain and love finding technical solutions as well as the heart and drive of a Salesperson. You understand why a prospect replies to an email and wants to engage, and you know how to set up the system to send it.
- Tech-Native: You are adept at mastering new tools quickly. Whether it’s CRM workflows, AI prompting, or data enrichment, you are comfortable being the "admin" who makes the tech work for the team.
- Data-Disciplined: You understand that "garbage in, garbage out" kills sales teams. You take pride in maintaining a pristine CRM and establishing governance processes.
- A Collaborative Builder: You can speak "Marketing" (brand, voice, audience) and "Sales" (velocity, pipeline, revenue) and translate between the two teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Demand Generation, sales enablement or a hybrid BDR/Sales Ops role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience running high-volume outbound campaigns using Sales Engagement Platforms.
- Deep proficiency with CRM architecture (HubSpot is preferred)—specifically regarding lead routing, workflows, and data hygiene.
- Strong copywriting skills—you can write cold email sequences that feel personal and relevant, not robotic.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows is a strong asset.
Salary - $75k - $90k, plus target-based variable compensation
