We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to support our global Sales organization by ensuring operational excellence across our systems, our processes, and our data. This position is responsible for administering and improving the CRM platform, supporting pricing governance, and preparing accurate quotes and financial analyses. As part of the Revenue Operations team, this role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Operations to optimize revenue processes, ensure data integrity, and support our drive for scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Pricing & Quoting Support
- Document, maintain, and enforce company pricing policies and approval workflows
- Prepare accurate quotes and financial workups to support the global sales team
- Partner with Sales and Finance to structure complex deals and ensure margin compliance
- Support discount calculation, review, and approval processes
- Facilitate contract scope handoff to Finance and Operations team post-sale, supporting the Order Management process
- Assist with contract data accuracy and revenue recognition alignment
- CRM Administration & Optimization
- Serve as administrator for Salesforce, including user management, roles, permissions, workflows, and reporting
- Maintain data integrity through governance processes, validation rules, and regular audits
- Manage CPQ functionality, including pricing rules and approval workflows
- Support implementation of CRM improvement initiatives to enhance user experience, automation, and reporting capabilities
- Assist in CRM requirement review, planning, solutioning, and implementation of an ongoing business systems modernization project to optimize Revenue Operations workflows.
- Systems & Integration Management
- Understand key ERP-to-CRM and CRM-to-middleware integrations and ensure their continued functionality amid required CRM improvement work
- Troubleshoot integration issues in collaboration with IT and external vendors
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing initiatives
- Revenue Operations & Reporting
- Support maintenance of sales performance dashboards and KPIs
- Support forecasting processes and pipeline analysis
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Perform ad hoc analyses as required to support business and operational decision making
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management teams when preparing quotes
- Support onboarding and training of sales team members on CRM and CPQ tools and processes
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and revenue cycle optimization projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related function
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration including Salesforce CPQ (product configuration, pricing rules, approvals, quoting workflows)
- Strong understanding of pricing structures, margin analysis, and deal structuring
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups)
- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to drive strategy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to supporting or maintaining ERP-to-CRM integrations
- Experience working with or exposure to other CRM or ERP systems an asset
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models
- Exposure to public sector procurement
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

How We Work
As a Revenue Operations Specialist you will be expected to work in a remote/hybrid environment reporting to our Kanata, Ontario location 2 or more times per week.
