Campaign & Marketing Ops Specialist
Marketing & Communications, Operations

Campaign & Marketing Ops Specialist
Remote (Canada-wide, Ottawa preferred) · 4-day work week · Reports to the VP of Marketing
Background
Okay, so here’s the deal; LemonadeLXP is scaling fast, and we're building out the marketing team to match. We've got the stack, HubSpot for campaigns and HockeyStack for attribution, and real momentum behind us. Now we need a hands-on Campaign & Marketing Ops Specialist to own it and build the engine our marketing runs on.
This isn't a "wait for instructions" gig. We need a builder who spots what's broken, fixes it, and makes systems and data work, without needing every task spelled out.
Got it. But what's LemonadeLXP?
We're flat out the best learning and knowledge platform in the world. What the hell does that mean, you ask?

If you'd rather build than coordinate, and you love making the machine hum, we need to talk!
The Sitch
We've built a healthy roster of financial institution and fintech customers. We have product-market fit. Our platform is best of breed.
We're expanding beyond events into digital, with HubSpot as our campaign engine and HockeyStack for attribution. The catch: nobody owns the build, and two channels we already pay for, state associations and publisher media, haven't paid off because no one has run them. That's the gap you close.
The Fit
You're the ideal candidate for this gig if you're:
- a genuine HubSpot power user who's built landing pages, published blogs, emails, workflows, and lead scoring with your own hands
- a builder at heart who'd rather do the work than schedule it
- detail-oriented and self-directed, and you make things run without being told each step
- comfortable with basic HTML and CSS
- a little obsessed with clean data: UTMs, taxonomy, and hygiene
- comfortable owning vendor and partner programs end to end
- at home juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- bonus points if you know your way around HockeyStack or a similar attribution tool
The Work
- Own the HubSpot build. Landing pages, blogs, emails, forms, workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages. You build it, and you build it well.
- Run our existing programs. The state association and publisher media, day to day, and make them finally pay off.
- Own data hygiene. Clean UTMs, a sane campaign taxonomy, and trustworthy data flowing into HockeyStack through HubSpot. Reporting is only as good as the data you feed it.
- Execute and QA campaigns. Turn the demand gen strategy into live, tested campaigns across channels.
- Own marketing ops. The plumbing between HubSpot and the CRM, and the systems that let us measure what's working.
- Hit the ground running. In your first 90 days: audit and rebuild HubSpot to standard, take ownership of the association and publisher programs, and stand up a clean UTM and taxonomy so our reporting is something we can trust.
