As a Senior Data Scientist at MindBridge, your day-to-day activities may vary. The ideal candidate will work well within a team and with our client to ensure the projects are delivered to the highest quality and meeting client requirements.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with the development team to deliver data science into MindBridge’s core product.

• Deliver high-quality data science for strategic clients and capabilities.

• Support junior data scientists by providing feedback and act as a sounding board on projects.

• Develop and deliver new data science methods to support our key analytic goals.

• Deepen their own skillset by keeping up-to-date on the latest innovations in data science and artificial intelligence.

• Provide input and collaborate on the forward Data Science work programme.

What You Bring

• Have a MS/PhD in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics/Biostatistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science or similar) or an appropriate combination of education and experience.

• Have 5+ years' experience using statistical analysis and machine learning models to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Have technical leadership skills and are able to coordinate a data science project throughout its full life cycle.

Pay Range

The expected base salary range for this position is to $140,000 to $190,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, experience and competencies, and unique qualifications.
