Client Success Executive (Remote within Canada)

As a key member of Multiview’s Client Success team, the Client Success Executive (CSE) is responsible for building and executing strategic account plans that drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across an assigned portfolio. This role goes beyond relationship management, serving as a trusted advisor, value consultant, and internal advocate for clients to ensure they realize the full value of their Multiview investment.

The CSE is accountable for advancing clients through Multiview’s proprietary End Month End program and identifying opportunities to expand product adoption through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, sales acumen, and deep client empathy, while operating with a bias for action and a track record of exceeding retention and revenue targets in a SaaS environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

At Multiview, we are client-obsessed. Being tech-savvy with great communication and problem-solving skills are really important, but equally so are having a passion for driving client success and the desire to be a contributing member of our culture where the genuine care of people is our compass.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and extroverted team player, who effectively engages with our clients and has prior work experience in a business-to-business client-facing role. The Client Success Executive is an excellent problem solver, communicator and someone who can meet our clients' requirements in a fast-paced, growing technology company while maintaining a positive attitude in a technical client-facing function.

If this sounds like you, read on!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Strategic Account Management: Own and execute account plans for a portfolio of high-value clients. Build deep relationships with stakeholders at all levels (executive, technical, and operational) to drive business outcomes.
  • Client Growth & Retention: Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning Multiview solutions to client pain points and growth strategies. Proactively manage renewals and ensure continued client value realization.
  • End Month End Program Leadership: Drive adoption of Multiview’s End Month End framework, ensuring clients achieve meaningful ROI. Regularly assess client health and intervene early to reduce churn risk.
  • Relationship Development: Establish yourself as a trusted partner. Lead client meetings, QBRs, and strategic check-ins to guide decision-making and influence product utilization.
  • Client Advocacy: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support, Implementation, Sales, and Engineering) to resolve client issues, communicate enhancement requirements, and advocate for client needs across the organization.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records of account activity, engagement, and pipeline in tools such as HubSpot or other CRM platforms. Track key metrics such as NPS, retention, expansion revenue, and engagement scores.
  • Renewal Management: Lead contract renewals with precision and confidence. Position value clearly, handle objections, and ensure client commitment to long-term partnership.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Manager, Client Success
  • Client Success team
  • Multiview’s Internal and External stakeholders

Work Environment:

  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Extensive collaboration with team members and other departments
  • Remote work within North America

COMPETENCIES PORTFOLIO:

  • Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to connect client goals to Multiview capabilities and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Always put the client first — but with a clear understanding of how to balance client success and company growth.
  • Sales & Business Acumen: Understand financial drivers and client economics; confidently engage in commercial discussions and negotiations.
  • Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to inspire confidence and credibility at every level of the client organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience, driving outcomes in a matrixed organization.
  • Initiative & Ownership: Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and drives initiatives to completion without hand-holding.
  • Resilience & Accountability: Willing to lead difficult conversations, take accountability for client experience, and hold others accountable for delivery.

YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO HAS:

  • University degree or college diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success in managing a revenue book of business with quotas tied to upsell, cross-sell, and retention
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Multiview Financials, or other enterprise software
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption, reduce churn, and expand client portfolios
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and client success platforms
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
  • Passion for delivering high-value client experiences and building long-term partnerships

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE?

  • Experience with Multiview Financial software or related financial ERP solutions
  • Accounting or finance background (CPA or equivalent experience is a plus)
  • Exposure to healthcare, nonprofit, or public sector clients
