Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, the Technical Product Manager will be responsible for leading platform‑level product initiatives and working closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver secure, scalable, and modern capabilities across Multiview’s ERP platform. This role focuses on system‑level product thinking across cloud infrastructure, data, identity, security, APIs, multi‑tenancy, and emerging AI capabilities, with an emphasis on technical judgment, modernization, and risk‑aware delivery.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to understand platform‑level problems and technical constraints affecting our clients
  • Translating complex technical concepts into clear product problems, priorities, and outcomes
  • Leading the definition and delivery of platform and modernization initiatives across infrastructure, data, identity, security, APIs, and tenancy
  • Partnering closely with Engineering to balance innovation with system stability, compliance, and operational risk
  • Ensuring platform capabilities align with ERP security requirements, regulatory obligations, and data protection standards, including PHI/HIPAA, SOC 2, Etc.
  • Contributing to the evolution of AI‑enabled capabilities in a responsible, secure, and customer‑focused manner
  • Acting as a product advocate and subject matter expert for Multiview’s technical and platform capabilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build and maintain a broad understanding of Multiview’s ERP offerings, platform architecture, and client needs
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, security, designers, implementers, and client‑facing teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions
  • Describe technical and system‑level problems in a way that inspires effective, practical solutions
  • Develop clear product artifacts including problem statements, requirements, constraints, and success measures
  • Incorporate regulatory, security, operational, and risk considerations into discovery and delivery
  • Drive platform vision and product strategy while supporting departmental and organizational goals
  • Serve as the product subject matter expert for platform, infrastructure, and technical capabilities
  • Contribute to documentation, internal enablement, and go‑to‑market materials
  • Actively participate in improving product practices and cross‑team collaboration
  • Demonstrate Multiview’s core values while building trust with both internal teams and clients
  • Provide technical guidance to other product managers on the products and projects they support.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree, diploma, certification, or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3–5+ years of experience working with enterprise or SaaS software products
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS)
  • Experience with databases and data architecture, including managed vs hosted approaches
  • Familiarity with APIs, identity & authentication, and multi‑tenant SaaS platforms
  • Experience working in or supporting regulated environments such as ERP, financial systems, or PHI/HIPAA‑adjacent products
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex initiatives
  • Experience demonstrating Multiview’s core values,

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Prior experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a highly technical product role
  • Exposure to ERP platforms or financial systems
  • Experience working with or around security certifications, audits, or compliance programs
  • Familiarity with AI or machine‑learning capabilities and their practical application in enterprise software
