Noibu is looking for an exceptional Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team as we enter a new phase of expansion. As a key member of our fast-growing sales team, you will develop a strong technical understanding of our world-leading product, and have the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of the sales team. You’ll have great insight into how the full sales cycle works, in addition to lots of mentorship and training.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership and builds accountability quickly. You thrive with aggressive timelines and can work on multiple projects at once. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, creative and who has the ability to quickly build trust and rapport within a team by delivering high-quality results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Become a subject matter expert on our product and offerings
  • Support the sales team in exceeding sales quota by developing high-value, impactful and compelling business cases for our customers which will contribute directly to the closing of deals
  • Provide research on customers, competition, industry trends, and business news to support product positioning and go-to-market plans
  • Become an industry expert; understand industry challenges and provide creative solutions to support our sales team on a customer-to-customer basis
  • Become a product expert; develop sales enablement content to position Noibu as a solution to help customers achieve their targets and revenue goals
  • Explore creative ways to increase the effectiveness of our sales enablement processes, to help drive revenue growth and increase sales KPIs and conversion rates
  • Participate in preparation meetings and debrief meetings regarding sales calls to enable account executives to move a deal through the sales process

You should have:

  • University or College degree in Business, or related fields
  • Excellent project management skills – the ability to multitask, excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - the ability to think creatively and strong attention to the detail
  • Solid business and financial acumen
  • High energy and strong work ethic driving towards meeting or exceeding the team and individual goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong presence, and demonstrated ability to establish accountability within a team
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results - when you see a gap, you fill it
  • Experience in a sales or sales support role at a fast-paced technology company is preferred
