- Daily self-sourcing to maintain a healthy pipeline
- Maintain necessary conversion rates at each stage in the sales cycle.
- Forecast at an account level weekly.
- Driving revenue by meeting and/or exceeding sales quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Eagerly seek out advice and feedback from all team members.
- Utilize supporting teams respectfully and effectively.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage accounts and deliver against revenue targets.
- Lead meetings that are sourced and booked for you by your BDR squad, Marketing & Partnership channels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and partners to assist with attaining revenue targets within your named accounts.
- Coordinate and strategize with Business Development and Marketing to assist with pipeline generation within your territory.
- Lead the development of compelling POC reviews and business cases in collaboration with technical teams, showing the value of using Noibu to e-commerce teams.
- Tracking sales activity in Salesforce.
- Effectively use Gong for personal improvement, collaboration and coaching.
