- Prospecting: you will self-source your own opportunities, while also working with Business Development, Marketing, and Partnerships to assist with pipeline generation in your territory
 - Lead the development of compelling POC reviews and business cases in collaboration with technical teams, showing the value of using Noibu to eCommerce teams
 - Forecast at an account level weekly, and maintain the benchmark conversion rates through each stage of our sales cycle
 - Leverage our tech stack, which includes Salesforce for sales activity and Gong for personal improvement, collaboration and coaching
 - Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage accounts and deliver against revenue targets
 - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and partners to assist with attaining revenue targets within your named accounts
 
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle quota carrying software or technology sales role
 - Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
 - Confident and driven. You’re proactive and motivated about reaching out and following up.
 - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and an ability to interface to senior levels of an organization and develop productive C-level relationships
 - High emotional intelligence - you enjoy building relationships, you value collaboration, and have a good sense for others motivations.
 
What You'll Be Measured On:
- Driving revenue by meeting and/or exceeding sales quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
