Role Overview
To support this growth, we’re looking for a part-time RevOps consultant to help us set up and optimize our sales stack.
This is a contract role (10–15 hours per week, 2–3 months) focused on building the foundation for our sales operations. You’ll work directly with our Chief Growth Officer and Senior Account Executive to make sure our sales team is running efficiently from day one.
Key Deliverables
- Clean up and optimize our Pipedrive CRM (deal stages, custom fields, reporting dashboards).
- Configure Apollo.io for outbound prospecting (target lists, sequences, deliverability setup).
- Integrate Apollo <> Pipedrive so contacts and activities sync cleanly.
- Build dashboards + reports for pipeline health, forecasting, and sales activity.
- Automate workflows (lead routing, alerts for stalled deals, task reminders).
- Train sales team members on best practices so the systems are self-sustaining.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Ops (preferably with B2B services or SaaS).
- Hands-on expertise with Pipedrive CRM and Apollo.io (required).
- Understanding of outbound email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup).
- Ability to translate business goals into practical CRM + process improvements.
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving startup-like environment.
