Role Overview

To support this growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive to join our team.

This is not a “just run a playbook” role. We want a hunter and closer who’s ready to build a pipeline, manage strategic partnerships, and help shape our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 (First 3 Months)

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Drive outbound prospecting using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Manage opportunities in Pipedrive, ensuring clean forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with our fractional RevOps resource to improve systems and automation.

Phase 2 (3-6 Months)

  • Take on relationship management of key partnerships, ensuring we deepen ties and unlock more growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to shaping new partnership opportunities (e.g., banks, law firms, construction platforms).
  • Provide feedback into B2B portal development, ensuring we can automate SMB/bulk sales and free your focus for bigger deals.

Phase 3 (6-12 Months and Beyond)

  • Lead and expand relationships with strategic partners as a core part of our growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership on expansion strategy, contributing on ICP, messaging, and outbound strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience (professional services, SaaS, fintech, or legal-tech a plus).
  • Proven track record closing mid-market/enterprise deals
  • Outbound hunter mindset — comfortable with cold outreach as well as strategic selling.
  • Strong account management skills — able to build long-term relationships with partners.
  • Tech-savvy: hands-on experience with CRM (Pipedrive/Hubspot), outbound tools (Apollo.io/Rocketreach), and sales automation.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-moving, scaling company.
