What Your Team Does
Our Demand Generation team sits at the forefront of NotaryPro’s growth strategy. As a key driver of customer acquisition and pipeline expansion, we plan and execute data-driven campaigns, optimizing across channels to reach Canadians in need of notarial services. Working closely with our Content Manager and Sales team, we ensure our campaigns resonate with audiences and directly contribute to revenue. We collaborate seamlessly in a hybrid environment—valuing initiative, experimentation, and measurable results.
Who You Are
A strategic, data-driven marketer with at least 5 years in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing in fast-paced environments.
Skilled at building and running multi-channel campaigns (e.g., paid search, email, content, SEO/SEM, partnerships).
Experienced with SEMRush, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics, with the ability to extract insights and translate them into clear, compelling stories for growth.
Analytical and outcome-oriented—comfortable tracking funnel metrics and optimizing for impact.
Collaborative and adaptable—you thrive working with content, sales, partnerships, and creative teams.
Strong communicator and project manager—able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Bonus if you have experience in legal tech, SaaS, or have used platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Looker, or similar.
What You’ll Work On
Build and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive awareness, attract potential clients, and grow our customer base.
Work closely with the Content Manager to align campaigns with engaging, educational content that attracts and nurtures prospects.
Collaborate with the Sales team to align lead generation strategies with sales goals and support pipeline growth.
Leverage SEMRush, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics to monitor performance, analyze audience behavior, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
Continuously analyze funnel performance—identify gaps, optimize touchpoints, and strengthen conversion rates.
Turn complex performance data into clear, actionable stories that inform strategy and drive growth.
Manage and allocate budget to maximize campaign ROI and explore new scalable channels.
Lead insights-driven optimization through testing, reporting, and iterative improvement.
What You Should Have
5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
Proven ability to deploy and optimize high-impact, multi-channel campaigns.
Hands-on expertise with SEMRush, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics tools.
Strong ability to communicate insights and data in a compelling, story-driven way to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
Comfortable making strategic decisions with imperfect information.
