About the Role

We are hiring an Intermediate Product Manager to help drive execution across our platform. This role will focus on translating business priorities into clear product requirements and ensuring our engineering team can build and ship efficiently. Product strategy and company direction are led by executive leadership. This role is responsible for product execution, delivery coordination, and roadmap management.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on product delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a founder-led product environment where priorities are closely tied to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Execution

• Translate business initiatives into clear product requirements
• Write product specifications and acceptance criteria
• Break initiatives into actionable development tasks

Roadmap & Backlog Management

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Support roadmap planning and sprint cycles
• Ensure engineering teams have clear priorities

Engineering Coordination

• Act as a liaison between leadership and engineering
• Clarify requirements and resolve product questions
• Ensure features are delivered as specified

Release Coordination

• Coordinate product releases and internal communication
  Validate features before launch

Product Improvement

• Gather user feedback and identify product improvements
• Monitor feature performance and adoption

Key Product Areas

This role will work across several core platform initiatives including:

• Incorporating AI
• Enterprise integrations and APIs
• Partner platform integrations
• Platform workflow improvements
• Expansion into new markets and services

Qualifications & Experience

• 4–7 years of Product Management experience
• Strong experience writing product requirements and managing backlogs

Important: This role requires true product management experience including defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and working directly with engineering teams. Candidates whose background is primarily project management, program management, or delivery management will not be a fit.

Skills

• Strong product documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B and B2C environments
• Experience working with technical teams and software platforms
• Familiarity with digital workflow or platform-based products
