Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Opportunity: We are looking for a Director, Procurement to lead our procurement and supply chain function as we scale. You will own both strategy and execution across materials, services, capital equipment, and key technology partners, including foundries and OSAT partners, ensuring we are well positioned as we move toward product volume production. This role plays a critical part in shaping our supply chain strategy, cost structure, and supplier ecosystem while building the processes, partnerships, and capabilities needed to support growth.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Oversee a team to deliver all aspects of supply chain management, including planning, buying, strategic supply chain partnerships, working with Ranovus OSAT and foundries partners leading up to product volume production.
  • Provide best-in-class processes and tools for efficient order management and tracking, continuously evolving supply chain systems using technology, data, and modern tools to enable scalability, automation, and end-to-end visibility.
  • Manage key supplier interfaces, ensure meeting required cost, delivery performance, quality, technology & service.
  • Work with suppliers and OSAT partners to establish a cost roadmap to be progressively monitored with suppliers to enable competitive cost structure as required by the programs.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure security of stocks for critical components
  • Lead supply chain initiatives in designing and negotiating vendor commercial agreements, long term contracting, etc., and provide visibility on the firm versus projected demand forecasts.
  • Responsibilities include providing sourcing plan, material cost roadmap, supplier qualification, and quality requirements, production material risk assessment & procurement plan.
  • Lead in Design to Cost with full ownership of BoM cost throughout the product life cycle.
  • Promote strong cooperation and shared objective setting between the groups, focusing on delivery of economic benefits and risk management around Technology, Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery and Cost.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement and supply chain, with a deep understanding of photonics and semiconductor cost drivers, with the ability to translate insights into effective commercial negotiations and informed design decisions.
  • Proven experience leading end to end supply chain functions, including supplier strategy, sourcing, planning, and production support.
  • Strong experience working with global suppliers, foundries, and outsourced manufacturing partners (OSAT experience is a strong asset).
  • Demonstrated ability to evolve and scale supply chain processes and systems, leveraging technology, data, and industry best practices to drive efficiency and visibility.
  • Proven success in building and executing cost roadmaps, managing BoM costs, and leading Design to Cost initiatives across the product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical capability combined with clear, confident communication and the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Hands on, execution focused leader who is comfortable building processes and scaling a function in a fast-paced environment.
