SmartCocoon micro-zoning climate control system allows having separate temperature settings for different rooms or areas of a building, without any modification on the existing system. Our patent-pending, AI-driven smart booster fan is a cloud-connected device that intelligently syncs its operation with the main forced air HVAC system. Our algorithm allows our device to act as the arm and the leg of thermostats to boost or divert the conditioned air where needed. Based on research conducted at York University, it was concluded and validated that HVAC consumption was reduced by an average of 30% in multi-story residential properties. The company intends to also develop products for industrial and commercial buildings in 2022-2023.
