Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Content Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the marketing team in creating engaging content and executing digital marketing strategies to boost our brand's online presence. This is a perfect opportunity for someone eager to grow their skills in both content creation and digital marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop and manage blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and website copy.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and targets the appropriate audience.
  • Conduct research to develop relevant and engaging content topics.
  • Help with editing and proofreading content for accuracy and quality.
  • Digital Marketing Support:
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (email, social media, search engines).
  • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Create basic graphic designs and visuals for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement).
  • SEO & Analytics:
  • Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research and meta-data management.
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements based on data insights.
  • Track website analytics to inform future content strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Ability to use basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Analytical mindset with a desire to learn about performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Acquire and maintain product and industry knowledge
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or equivalent is a plus
  • Detailed-oriented, curious, reliable, strong work ethic
