Enterprise AI is moving from pilots to production, and the constraint is no longer the model — it's the data. Agents are only as good as what they can sense, trust, and act on in the moment, and real-time, event-driven data is becoming the foundation every serious AI system runs on.

Solace is the leading real-time data platform for the enterprise AI era. Established enterprises worldwide — including RBC Capital Markets, Bosch, Heineken, PSA Singapore, United Airlines, Schwarz Group, and hundreds more — have built their business around Solace to enable intelligent, real-time experiences, modernize their application and integration landscape, and create seamless digital journeys for their customers, partners, and employees.

So, the next time you drive a car, order furniture online, fly in a plane, check your bank balance on your phone, your positive experience could be a direct result of our technology—and your hard work!

About the Role

In this key position on Solace’s marketing team, you would be a sole AR practitioner and inherit an established industry analyst relations program but also be expected to both innovate and expand the program to new audiences with a strong focus on introducing Solace as a leader in bringing real-time data to the world of AI and agentic applications.

Solace’s AR program has strong inbound and outbound aspects. The inbound AR program leverages analyst research and opinion to clearly convey technology and business trends and market information to internal stakeholders. The outbound AR program focuses on developing strong relationships and conveying our Solace story, capabilities, and competitive differentiation to analysts from tier-1 and tier-2 industry analyst firms.

We are looking for an experienced AR professional who wants to take an established AR program and bring it to the next level. You would get to work with market leading technology, customers who absolutely love our technology, and a leadership team that believes passionately in the benefits of an excellent AR program.

The individual in this position will establish and maintain strong, positive relationships between Solace and industry analysts, and collaborate effectively with marketing, development, product management, alliances and sales to create and implement highly effective analyst relations programs.

We are looking for a senior, motivated and enthusiastic team player, with a combination of technical chops, storytelling and operational excellence. If you meet that description and want to build a world-class analyst relations function in a fast-paced, best-practice obsessed global marketing team, we’re looking forward to meeting you!

What You’ll Do

  • Working with stakeholders, to design an outbound analyst relations program including tiering the firms and analysts.
  • Execute on a tiered outbound analyst relations program to ensure proactive and results-oriented communication with all analysts. This includes building and/or deepening our relationship with key analysts from top firms through high touch activities, as well as building volume-based communications programs targeted at 2nd and 3rd tier analysts.
  • Cultivate analysts who can serve as positive references, as well as leverage analysts for Solace communications through reprints, sponsored whitepapers or surveys, speaking engagements, and webcasts.
  • Engage as a credible spokesperson for the company and proactively communicate relevant news, information and product developments to the analyst community.
  • Provide executive communications support including presentations, briefings, and talking points to assist with the development of communications. This includes extracting relevant information and data from analyst reports and surveys.
  • Manage the analyst evaluation calendar and strategy, owning Solace's participation and positioning in Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes, and equivalent reports — including briefings, submissions, demos, and fact-check responses.
  • Own the AR budget and analyst-firm relationships, managing subscriptions, inquiry/advisory seats, and contract renewals with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other firms, and optimizing spend against program priorities.
  • Actively synthesize content and share knowledge and insight from analyst reports and data to team members across the company.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • You love to build AR programs and have proven yourself as an inspiring leader, a knowledgeable business partner, and a trusted advisor.
  • A minimum of 8 years communications experience in high-tech, with minimum of 5 years in analyst relations at technology companies.
  • Capable of successfully representing high technology companies in competitive environments to the analyst community.
  • The confidence, comfort and instinct required to interact with and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders, including executives.
