StoreLocators helps consumer brands bring their in-store availability online. Our platform automatically detects retail locations and live product inventory, so brands can show customers exactly where to buy — boosting offline and online sales.
We work with a growing set of thought leading omnichannel brands and are building out a team to support their success at scale
Role Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to guide new and existing customers through onboarding and provide ongoing support. You’ll make sure their product catalogs are fully integrated, their retail locations are properly represented, and that they’ve successfully installed our app and adopted key features.
This is a customer-facing support role with a technical angle. You’ll help customers troubleshoot issues, get set up, and stay engaged over time — not just during the early sales cycle. You’ll also be expected to use AI tools to unblock yourself and customers when needed.
You will report directly to the CEO.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in a customer support, onboarding, or customer success role at a software company
Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and helpful
Familiarity with Shopify themes and the Shopify App ecosystem
Comfortable using AI tools to problem-solve and support customers
Resourceful, independent, and highly organized
Responsibilities
Support customers through onboarding, from catalog setup to widget installation
Ensure all of a customer’s retail partners are properly accounted for in the platform
Help customers adopt and understand key features of the product
Provide timely, helpful support on technical or implementation-related issues
Use AI tools to accelerate setup, resolve blockers, and assist customers efficiently
Edit and troubleshoot basic web integrations, especially on Shopify themes
Maintain a high bar for customer experience throughout the entire relationship
