About the Role

We’re looking for a collaborative, forward-thinking Content Writer to own and evolve our content creation and amplification.

This is a high-impact role for a strong writer who’s eager to create clear, engaging, and performance-oriented content. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and strategy leads to produce blog posts, web copy, emails, and sales materials that drive discovery and support the buyer journey.

While SEO remains part of the mix, we’re especially interested in someone ready to explore new growth levers—from LLM-optimized content to AI-enabled workflows. You’ll help us test, learn, and build a scalable content system that’s ready for what’s next.

This is a remote-first role in Canada, with occasional gatherings in Ottawa.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Help drive organic growth through smart SEO practices and emerging discovery tactics (LLM optimization, AI search, etc.)
  • Create conversion-conscious content across blogs, landing pages, eBooks, emails, and more
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify content opportunities and iterate based on audience needs and performance
  • Work cross-functionally to turn product knowledge and customer insights into high-impact messaging
  • Test new content formats and distribution strategies to find what works
  • Contribute to building scalable systems for planning, producing, and refining content

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a content or copywriter, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or eCommerce
  • A portfolio that spans blog posts, web copy, eBooks, marketing emails, ads, and more
  • Proven experience creating SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and engagement
  • A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and champion your ideas
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, ChatGPT, and ideally Elementor
  • Interest in generative AI and how it’s reshaping content creation and discovery
  • A self-starter attitude with a long-term interest in shaping process or taking on leadership as the team grows

What success looks like:

In your first 3–6 months, you’ll launch content that drives traffic and leads, explore new growth paths, and lay the groundwork for a modern content engine.
