We’ve completed over 2 million deliveries. We’re growing and building the sales team to match.
The Role
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Your job is to identify mid-tier businesses that need local delivery, run the sales process, negotiate contracts, and bring them onboard as Trexity customers.
This is not a meeting-booking role. You own your pipeline and your number.
Target Customer Profile
Mid-tier merchants are defined as:
- Volume: 1,000 – 8,300 deliveries per month (12,000 – 100,000 annually)
- Existing volume: They’re already doing these deliveries today with another provider or in-house. They bring the volume, they don’t ramp to it.
- Verticals: Repeat-purchase industries including meal prep, pharmacy, grocery, and similar businesses with recurring delivery needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts matching our ideal customer profile
- Execute outreach to generate your own pipeline (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Run discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Negotiate pricing and terms within established guidelines
- Hand off closed accounts to Customer Success for onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM
- Provide market feedback to product and leadership
Targets
- Quota: $50,000 in new monthly revenue (post-ramp)
- Pipeline: Maintain 5x coverage ($250K)
- Activity: Consistent prospecting to fuel pipeline growth
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into mid-market companies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience closing deals in the $50K-$150K range
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting including cold calling
- Based in Canada, available during Eastern business hours
Preferred:
- Experience in logistics, delivery, e-commerce, or retail technology
- Familiarity with selling to operations, logistics, or supply chain buyers
