Role Summary
Trexity is hiring a Head of Growth to own our entire growth engine, from acquisition to activation to reactivation. This is a hands-on operator role, not a strategy-only position.
This role consolidates paid media, SEM, analytics, and funnel ownership under one accountable leader. Paid media and SEM live here by design—this person both runs campaigns and decides where spend goes, using data to drive fast iteration with creative and development partners.
This is a mission-critical hire and a foundational role in Trexity’s next phase of growth.
What You’ll Own
- Acquisition (Paid + Organic)
- Paid search (SEM), paid social, retargeting, and growth channels
- Channel mix, budget allocation, and ROI optimization
- Funnel Performance
- Core growth metrics: CAC, CVR, LTV, activation and reactivation rates
- Full-funnel visibility from click → conversion → retention
- Experimentation
- Growth experiment roadmap (what we test, why, and in what order)
- Rapid testing across ads, landing pages, and lifecycle flows
- Lifecycle Performance
- Activation, onboarding, reactivation, and lifecycle optimization
- Partnering on email, in-app, and retargeting strategies
How You’ll Work
- Personally launch, manage, and optimize campaigns
- Interpret results and turn insights into immediate action
- Decide where spend goes—daily, weekly, monthly
- Partner closely with:
- Creative to iterate ads and messaging fast
- Growth Engineer to fix funnel leaks and ship experiments
- Dev/Product when deeper product changes are required

Ideal Background
- Strong hands-on experience in paid media and SEM
- Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and experimentation
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
- Experience scaling B2B, marketplace, or logistics-adjacent products is a plus
