Role Summary

Trexity is hiring a Growth Engineer / Marketing Technologist to be the execution backbone of the growth team.

This role exists to move fast. You’ll turn growth ideas into shipped experiments without waiting on the core product team whenever possible. You sit at the intersection of development, UX, analytics, and marketing, ensuring growth momentum never stalls.

What You’ll Own

  • Website Direction and Updates
    • Build, optimize, and iterate pages that support growth campaigns.
  • Landing Pages
    • Build, optimize, and iterate landing pages tied to growth campaigns
  • CRO & Experimentation
    • Implement A/B tests and conversion improvements
    • Support the growth experiment roadmap
  • Tracking & Attribution
    • Assist with analytics setup, tracking accuracy, and attribution fixes
  • UX Improvements
    • Ship UX enhancements directly tied to acquisition and conversion goals
  • SEO Execution
    • Technical SEO updates, on-page improvements, and performance fixes

How You’ll Work

  • Work day-to-day with the Head of Growth on experiments and funnel fixes
  • Partner with Creative to bring designs to life quickly
  • Coordinate with the Dev team when changes exceed growth scope
  • Remove technical friction from growth initiatives

  • Improved conversion rates across key funnel steps
  • Clean, reliable tracking that supports confident decision-making

Skills

  • Front-end or full-stack development experience
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience building and iterating landing pages and campaign pages
  • A/B testing and experimentation implementation
  • UX improvements tied directly to acquisition and conversion goals
  • Analytics, tracking, and attribution setup and troubleshooting
  • Technical and on-page SEO execution
  • Ability to ship quickly without relying on the core product team
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Creative, and Engineering
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, experiment-driven environments

Tools & Technologies

  • Web / Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or similar a plus)
  • CMS / Site Builders: Webflow, WordPress, or similar
  • Experimentation & CRO: Google Optimize (or equivalent), VWO, Optimizely, or similar
  • Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, basic attribution tools
  • SEO: Technical SEO tools and on-page optimization workflows
  • Marketing Stack: Familiarity with paid media landing page workflows and lifecycle tools
  • Collaboration: Git/GitHub, Slack, Notion
