Role Summary

Trexity is seeking a technical Product Manager to own the product roadmap and bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to how product is built and delivered.

This is a foundational hire in a founder-led environment, working closely with the founding team. Today, the founding team owns pricing and product strategy, while this role owns roadmap execution, prioritization, and delivery across the product organization.

Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap Ownership

• Own and maintain a prioritized product roadmap across multiple product areas
• Translate strategic direction into structured execution plans
• Balance feature development, technical debt, and platform stability

Execution Planning

• Define scope, sequencing, and delivery plans for product work
• Ensure clear prioritization across competing initiatives
• Improve predictability and quality of delivery

Product Intake & Prioritization

• Build and maintain a structured intake system for product requests
• Prioritize based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
• Ensure consistent decision-making on what gets built

Product Alignment & Communication

• Maintain a single source of truth for product priorities and roadmap decisions
• Ensure clarity on trade-offs and sequencing across the organization
• Drive consistency in how product decisions are communicated and understood

How You’ll Work

• Work closely with the founding team on product direction and priorities
• Partner with engineering on execution, scope, and delivery planning
• Collaborate with operations, support, and other functions as needed to ensure product alignment
• Operate in a fast-moving, high-ownership, founder-led environment

Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8+ years Product Management experience
• Strong experience in technical or platform-driven environments
• Proven ability to own product roadmaps in ambiguous settings
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work with engineering
• Experience in startup or founder-led environments
• Strong prioritization and systems thinking
• Ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities
• Marketplace or SaaS experience is an asset

Tools & Technologies

• Jira, Linear, Notion (or similar tools)
• Data/analytics tools for decision-making
• Slack, Google Workspace
• Exposure to modern web/app stacks is an asset
