Team: Courier Hub Operations

Role Summary

Trexity is hiring a Courier Hub Associate to keep our Ottawa hub running smoothly. You’ll receive, organize, and stage orders so our courier fleet can get deliveries out the door accurately and on time. You’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving quickly on your feet — the hub depends on you to turn incoming inventory into clean, accurate handoffs for couriers all day long.

What You’ll Own

• Receive orders as they come in and stage them for courier pickup
• Hand off completed orders to couriers, confirming accuracy before dispatch
• Keep the hub clean, organized, and safe
• Follow hub layout, processes and labeling standards to speed up picking and reduce errors
• Flag order or inventory issues to the Operations team before they turn into delivery delays
• Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key warehouse tasks

What Success Looks Like

• Orders are picked, packed, and staged accurately and on time
• Quality of inventory is maintained during hub lifecycle
• Couriers get clean handoffs with minimal wait time at the hub

Skills

• Self-motivated, positive, and a team player
• Proven track record of success in a retail or warehouse environment
• Able to be on your feet and handle hub duties, including lifting up to 40 lbs (with or without accommodation)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working directly with couriers and customers

• Collaboration: Slack, Google Sheets, Notion

Compensation

Base pay: $18.25 CAD/hour
